Three Bedrooms

This three bedroom pet friendly apartment is on the first floor of the building and overlooks the rear and sides of the property it occupies more than 47 square meters and can accommodate up to four people. The property itself occupies an elevated position and is set back from the road. This means it is remarkably quiet for a town centre location yet ideal as a base for a family break or for colleagues away for work.

Sleeping

The apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed and there are two further single bedrooms.This means that the apartment is ideal for a family or four or for three work colleagues. We accept well behaved pets in the apartment (extra charges do apply) and have masses of doggie information..  All bed linen  and towels are included in the rate and for guests staying more than seven nights a free towel and bedding change is provided. The benefits from  a family bathroom with a bath and electric shower over. We supply a complimentary welcome pack of toiletries.

Living Space

The apartment has a  lounge / dining space. In this room   there are two sofas which can comfortably seat 4 people. There is  also  a TV with DVD player. Free wifi is included in the rate. In addiiton there is a dining table and 4 chairs which can be used for dining or else as a place to do work for guests on business.

Cooking and Dining

The apartment has  a good sized family kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave oven as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. We also have a comprehensive eating out guide for guests who prefer a more relaxed break away where someone else does the cooking and the dishes.

We supply a complimentary welcome pack of milk, teas and coffees etc.

Outside

Surrounding the property there are lawns and terraces for communal use where guests can relax with a bbq or else just soak up the sun. There is also a clothes airer on the top terrace where guests are welcome to dry items.

The apartments have their own car park and each apartment has one parking space which is an enormous advantage in a property so close to the centre of town. Further on street parking is availabe nearby although this maybe subject to charges and restrictions.
