Living Space

This ground floor pet friendly two bedroom apartment is situated at the rear and side of the property and is private and quiet. It occupies more than 40 square meters of space and can accommodate up to four people. It has a spacious kitchen / diner. This features a full sized oven with hob, a washing machine, microwave and full sized fidge/freezer plus a dishwasher. We supply a complimentary welcome pack of milk,teas and coffees etc. There is also a flat screen TV.  Free wifi is available in the apartment. The apartment also features a separate living room with two sofas and a TV where four people can relax in comfort.

 

Sleeping

The apartment has a spacious master bedroom with a king sized bed with a luxury pocket sprung mattress.  It  features a large built in wardrobe, a flat screen TV and a dressing table that can also be used as a work desk by guests on business. All bed linen and towels are included in the rate and we supply a free change of bedding and towels for all guests who stay for more than seven nights. In addition there is an ensuite shower room with an electric shower, basin and toilet. A complimentary welcome pack of toiletries is provided. The second bedroom has a double bed and it too has an ensuite shower room.

 

Pet Friendly

We are delighted to accept well behaved pets in the apartment. Extra charges do apply so please check. We have lots of doggie information about where you can take your pet on days out as well as a comprehensive list of restaurants where you and your four legged companion can dine together.

 

Outside

The property is surrounded by mature gardens with wonderful tropical planting. There are lawns and sun terraces for commual use  where guests can enjoy summer bbq s or else soak up the sun. There is one parking space per apartment in the car park at the front of the property with additional on street parking available nearby. There maybe charges and restrictions for this.
