The apartment's living room is very spacious and benefits from dual aspect windows which are south and east facing meaning that the apartment is always flooded with light. It has a very contemporary feel with venetian blinds a leather sofa and a glass dining table where two people can dine in comfort.
The apartment features a compact double bedroom with high quality double bed. There is is hanging space in the room plus additional storage in a chest of drawers. All bedding and towels are included in the rate and for guests staying more than seven nights a complimentary bedding and towel change is offered.
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with full sized fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob and a washing machine. There is plenty of kitchen equipment so guests can dine in with ease and comfort.
For those occasions when a night out is preferred, the guest information folder has a recommended restaurant list. A complimentary welcome pack of teas and coffees is provided.
The apartment has a modern bathroom with a good sized corner shower, wash basin and toilet. A welcome pack of complimentary toiletries is provided. Rate includes hand and bath towels and bath mat.
There is a small sun soaked terrace with chairs and a table outside the apartment overlooking the front of the property. There are further communal sun terraces and lawns around the property.
We welcome well behaved pets in the apartment for an extra charge and have lots of information for guests on holiday with their four legged friends.
Whilst we do love accommodating animals, we are also extremely careful to make sure that after their departure any unwanted traces of them are removed. We also ask that pets are not left unattended in the accommodation.
There is a parking space for each apartment in the car park located at the front of the property. In particularly busy periods we do make use of a space at a neighbouring property.
