There is a large south facing sitting/ dining room with views across the Torwood area of Torquay and the front of the property. It has a dining table which can comfortably accommodate four people.
There are sofas and an arm chair so four people can comfortably spread out and relax during the day or in the evenings. The living room has a TV with DVD player and free wifi is available throughout the apartment. The sitting room also has a window seat and superb views out across the front of the property and beyond.
The master bedroom also faces south and shares the same views as the sitting room. It comes with a luxury pocket sprung king sized bed, large wardrobe space and an ensuite with a bath and shower over. The room also has its own TV.
The second bedroom has a bed that can be configured as a super king or as a twin. All bedding and towels are included in the rate and for guests who stay for more than seven nights we offer a complimentary bedding and towel change as well as a light clean.
The apartment has two bathrooms. The first is ensuite to the main bedroom. The second is immediately next door to the second bedroom. Both bathrooms have baths with showers over as well as wash basins and toilets. We provide a complimentary welcome pack of toiletries in both bathrooms.
In the living room there is a dining table and 4 chairs where guests can dine in comfort. The guest information folder also contains restaurant recommendations for guests preferring to dine out in one of The English Riviera's many great restaurants or use one of the local takeaways.
The apartment also has a well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave full size oven, electric hob, microwave and a coffee maker. It also has a dishwasher and washing machine. We supply a complimentary welcome pack of teas and coffees etc.
The property is surrounded by gardens and sun terraces which are for the communal use of guests. There is a car park on site and each apartment has one parking space. Additional on street parking is available nearby some of this is restricted and in some cases charges apply.
