The apartment has a lounge / dining space with views out over the Lincombes area of Torquay. In this room there are two sofas which can comfortably seat 4 people. There is also a TV with DVD player. Free wifi is included in the rate. In addition there is a dining table and 4 chairs which can be used for dining or else as a place to do work for guests on business.
The apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed and features plenty of storage plus a flat screen TV. There are two further single bedrooms. This means that the apartment is ideal for a family or four or for three work colleagues.
All bed linen and towels are included in the rate and for guests staying more than seven nights a free towel and bedding change is provided.
The apartment has a family bathroom which has the flexibility of a bath with a shower over. There is also a toilet and a wash basin. We supply guests with a welcome pack of complimentary toiletries. Bath and hand towels are included in the rate.
The apartment has a good sized family kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave oven as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. We also have a comprehensive eating out guide in the guest information folder for guests who prefer a more relaxed break away where someone else does the cooking and the dishes.

Surrounding the property there are lawns and terraces for communal use where guests can relax with a bbq or else just soak up the sun. There is also a clothes airer on the top terrace where guests are welcome to dry items.
We are delighted to welcome well behaved dogs in the apartment. We do ask that pets are never left unattended in the accommodation. We have lots of information about local bars, restaurants and cafes that welcome dogs as well as attractions and beaches etc.
We also ensure that through our rigorous cleaning only the fond memories of our canine guests linger once they have departed for home. Extra charges do apply.
The apartments have their own car park and each apartment has one parking space which is an enormous advantage in a property so close to the centre of town. Further on street parking is available nearby although this maybe subject to charges and restrictions.
