The Muntham Apartments and Town House is situated in the Wellswood area of the town just a five minute drive from the harbour and twon centre. Our Hesketh Crescent Apartment is in the leafy Meadfoot area close to the sea and our Bedford House Apartments are located just a short walk away from the harbour. Our apartments are also suitable for guests in between moves as we offer special rates for guests on longer lets.The apartments offer great value for money and much more space than a B& B would and they also offer much more privacy too.
Torquay has some truly wonderful areas with fabulous properties. The Warberries and Lincombes districts are home to many of the town's wonderful old Italinate Villas many of which have been succcessfully converted into apartments. For those with deeper pockets the Wellswood area more generally also has s superb range of houses ranging from in tact original Victorian villas to ultra modern mansions such as those found on Madeira Drive with their dazzling sea views.There are also purpose built apartment blocks with modern facilties such as lifts and these also make perfect retirement homes or lock up and leave investments too. The Livermead and Chelston areas provide a more mixed variety of properties with quite different architecture to that found elsewhere in the town. And although St Marychurch is really now just part of the expanded Torquay it still has a village feel to it and offers more opportunities to buy great value for money houses in pretty terraces.
