The second bedroom has the benefit of being able to be configured as a super king or else as two singles (on request). Once again, this bedroom also has great wardrobe space.

Although there is no outside space for the apartment as such, there is space on the walkway outside the front door for a couple of chairs and a table. These are located inside the bedroom wardrobe.

In the event of the need to evacuate the building, there will be no access to the lift. Guests and residents who are unable to exit the building via the stairs will be required to stay in the property and await assistance.
