The Sovereign House Apartment has a fantastic central location just seconds away from Torquay harbour. It is duplex in style and has two generous sized bedrooms, family bathroom, living room and a chic kitchen/Diner.

Its central location gives guests easy access to all that Torquay and The English Riviera has to offer and it also has its own allocated parking space which is a real rarity in a property so close to the centre.

Living Space

The apartment features a light and very contemporary living room with two sofas which means four people can spread out and relax in comfort. There is a large flat screen TV which has the added benefit of a fire stick so that guests can access their on demand TV accounts.

Cooking and Dining

The stylish kitchen offers guests plenty of equipment and space in which to enjoy a self catering break. It is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher plus microwave and a Nespesso coffee machine.

Down a couple of steps is the dining area with a table and bench seating where up to 4 people can dine in comfort. We also provide a complimentary welcome pack of teas, coffees, biscuits and milk etc.

For those occasions when guests would prefer someone else to do the work, there is a restaurant list featuring dozens of eateries that are less than a ten minute walk from the property or else good quality takeaways many of whom deliver.

The Bedrooms

The apartment offers reverse level living at its best and downstairs from the living space and kitchen are the bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed (UK size 5 foot width) whilst the second bedroom can be configured as a superking (UK size 6 foot width) or as two singles.

Both bedrooms are very spacious and have plenty of storage. French doors from the second bedroom lead out onto a private patio. All bedding is included in the rate and for guests staying seven nights or more we provide a complimentary bedding change.

The Bathroom

Across the hallway from the bedrooms is the family bathroom. It benefits from an oversized shower cubicle with great water pressure so that guests can enjoy a great start to the day. All towels are included in the rate and for guests staying longer than 7 nights, a complimentary towel change is provided.

Outside Space

There is a private courtyard that is accessed from the second bedroom.
