2, The Riviera is set within an exclusive, small gated development of town houses which sit just abover Torquay harbour side. The views from all floors of the property are some of the best in the whole area and take in Torquay harbour and marina as well as Torquay seafront and Paignton and Brixham in the distance. The property is just a five minute walk to the harbour side with its amazing collection of fine restaurants bars and cafes. But it is also just far enough away for guests to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful break on The English Riviera.

Hard though it is to tear yourself away from the view, the house itself is fantastic. Laid out over three floors it is a town house offering accommodation for up to five guests. A small flight of steps leads up to the front door.

The property has its own allocated parking space at the front of the property plus an additional space in the allocated garage which also sits within the development.

Living space at 2, The Riviera 

The main living room for the property sits on the first floor and makes the very most of those stunning harbour views with French doors leading out onto a balcony where there are a couple of chairs for guests to enjoy a glass of something special watching the sun setting over The English Riviera.

Cooking and Dining at 2, The Riviera

On the ground floor entrance level there is a modern and well appointed kitchen which in turn leads onto a dining area where up to five guests can dine in style and comfort. There is a sofa in this area so guests can also enjoy morning coffees whilst also enjoying the specatucar views from the French Doors.  These doors lead out onto a covered balcony  which in turn has steps down to a private terrace where there are tables and chairs and on which guests can enjoy alfresco dining and all the while enjoying the wonderful views over the English Riviera.

And for the guests who don't want the bother of cooking for themselves, the guest information folder contains details of a wide range of good quality restaurants and cafes in Torquay and beyond and also some takeaways.

Bedrooms at 2, The Riviera.

The property has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to five people in wonderful comfort.

On the first floor is a single bedroom. This bedroom has its own chair and has a built in wardrobe as well as a chest of drawers.

On the second floor there are two further bedrooms both of which have ensuite shower rooms. The main bedroom which overlooks the front of the property and has spectacular views further benefits from a high quality luxury king sized bed. There is a large amount of hanging space and the bedroom has a TV. The ensuite has a shower, wash basin and toilet. The second bedroom over looks the back of the property and therefore has no views but it is supremely quiet and tranquil. It has a standard double bed and also benefits from a large amount of hanging space as well as an ensuite with shower, wash basin and toilet.

The bathrooms at 2, The Riviera

As mentioned abover, there are two ensuite shower rooms on the top floor serving the main bedroom and the second bedroom. On the first floor there is the family bathroom whcih is next to the single bedroom. On the ground floor just inside the front door is a very useful cloakroom with toilet and wash basin.

Outside Space at 2, The Riviera

As mentioned above, there are two areas of outside space for guests' use. On the ground floor leading from the dining area is the main terrace which is a great size and has tables and chairs for guests' use. On the first floor, there is the balcony which leads off the main living room - here there are two chairs for guests' use. Both of these areas has the most amazing sea and harbour views. Guests are reminded that in these areas young children should be closely supervised at all times. Please note that the communal parking area of the development is not to be used for recreational use such as ball games.

Parking At 2, The Riviera

The property has one allocated parking space which is clearly sign posted. Guests must use this space and no others as all other spaces are allocated to other residents of the development. There is additional parking in the garage which is very close to the property.
