See how much you will save when you book direct with us, we will automatically apply a Direct Booking Discount. This is shown as a "Seasonal Discount" on the booking system.

• The Direct Booking Discount applies to all our self catering accommodation in Torquay.
• Discounts can be as much as 20% off the rate charged by the booking agents ( such as Booking.com, Air BnB, VRBO ) depending upon time of year & property.
• Early Bird Discounts or Late Deals discounts are automatically added to the Direct Booking Discount where applicable. 
• The booking system will show how much you will save by booking direct.
• Returning guests get an additional returning guest discount when they book direct.
• You can also opt in to our Refund Protection when you book - this protects your payments if you need to book for a whole host of reasons. And even if you opt into it, you will still be paying less than if you chose to book on one of the online booking sites like Booking.com.
