The apartment is accessed via the main stair case in the property and is situated on the first floor. It is a very spacious apartment with more than 73 square meters of space. The living area is an open plan space which has the most wonderful modern kitchen with an island at which 4 people can dine in comfort. There are also a sofa and two armchairs where guests can relax for a cosy night in after a day out exploring all that The English Riviera has to offer.

The apartment has a wonderful, good sized kitchen which is extremely well equipped. There is a gas range, gas oven, full sized fridge /freezer, microwave and dishwasher. All the usual equipment and utensils are present as you would expect in the finest of self catering properties. We provide a welcome pack of teas, coffees and milk etc.

There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a luxury king sized bed (UK size 5 foot width). There is also an ensuite and plenty of storage. The second bedroom has a super king bed (UK size 6 foot width) and this bed can be split into two singles upon request. All bedding is included in the rate and for guests staying more than 7 nights we offer a complimenttary bedding change.
