• Our Renoir and Degas Sea View Apartments are located in The Corbyn Apartments at the western end of Torquay seafront, a short distance from the railway station and Torre Abbey. The building is a purpose built apartment block. The Degas Suite is on the first floor and the Renoir Suite in on the third floor. All floors are served by an elevator.
• The property address is: The Corbyn Apartments, Torbay Road,  Torquay. TQ2 6FA
• The property is on reasonably level ground on Torquay seafront.
• There no steps up into any of the letting units and each is on one level once you are inside each.

Arrival and parking facilities at Seaview Suites at The Corbyn Apartments

• The apartment building has a car park at the front.
• There is one allocated parking space for the apartment. Guests will be given the parking space number upon booking.
• There some unallocated "visitor" parking spaces which are available on a first come first served basis..
• The parking area has a tarmac surface which is in good condition and spaces are delineated with white lines..
• There is some car park lighting and external building lighting lighting at night as well as ample street lighting.
• From the parking space there is a paved footpath to the entrance to the apartment.
• Key boxes ffor the apartments are to the left of the door and are approximately 148cm from the ground.
• There is a very slight slope to the front door.
• The front door and inner door are both in fact double doors.
• The communal area inside  is tiled and well lit.
• On the ground floor towards the back of the building is the elevator. Access width is 80cam. The elevator serves all floors.

For Guests With Mobility Restrictions

• We are happy to assist with luggage on arrival and departure.
• From Shop Mobility we can obtain mobility aids such as wheel chairs or scooters. (There is normally a small charge for the use of these.). 
• We can direct guests to appropriate access information for places to visit or for eating etc.

For Guests With Visual Impairments   

• We have good colour contrasting in our fixtures and fittings of our rooms.
• We Have good lighting.
• We Can offer large print copies of our own materials.

For Guests with Hearing Impairments

• We ensure that we speak clearly to help guests lip read.
• We can direct the guest to written information
• We have teletext and subtitles on our TVs

For Guests With Families

• The apartment has two bedrooms.
• Main bedroom has a king sized bed.
• Second bedroom  has a king bed that can be split into two singles.. 
• There is a high chair in the apartment.
• We can provide a cot..

For Guests With Bronchitis and Breathing Difficulties

• We can change bedding to Non feather bedding.
• We maintain high standards of cleaning in the rooms and have regular scheduled deep cleans.

For Guests With Food Allergies Or Special Diets

• We are happy to make provision for guests with allergies or special diets and can arrange for food to be delivered in advance of our guests’ arrival.

For Guests With Assistance Dogs

• We can accommodate assistance dogs in all of the apartments.
• We do not make any additional charge for officially registered assistance dogs. 

For Guests With Other Specific Requirements

• We are able to make some adaptations to rooms to accommodate special equipment. For example we have adapted rooms to accommodate portable dialysis units and have stored fluid for guests in advance of arrival.
