Apartment 3 is a spacious one bedroom pet friendly apartment situated on the ground floor of the building and is accessed via the grand main hallway. Covering over 45 square meters, this is a fabulous luxury apartment for two people to really spread out and enjoy.
The apartment benefits from a large living area which has a massive bay window overlooking the gardens at the rear of the property. It features original working wooden shutters. There is a sofa and armchair where guests can sit back and relax and a flat screen TV with built in DVD player for entertainment. During their stay, guests are welcome to borrow DVDs from the Owners' own collection. There is also a digital radio. The main living space also has a table and chairs for dining at or else for use as a place to do work. Free wifi comes as standard.
Guests at the apartment have a space in the car park and there is outside seating etc in the beautifully tranquil Rose Garden at the side of the property.
Well behaved pets are welcome in the apartment (please check with us for charges) and we have lots of information available to make a break away with your four legged companion a really enjoyable one.
We are scrupulous with our cleaning as although we love our canine guests we always ensure that only fond memories of them are a lingering reminder of their stay.
The bedroom has large picture windows overlooking the Rose Garden at the side of the property. The luxury pocket sprung bed can be configured as a super king (UK size 6 foot width) or else as two singles. All bedding and towels are included in the price of the apartment and for guests staying more than seven nights we offer a complimentary bedding and towel change and light clean. We have a communal laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers - we supply complimentary detergent. There are also ironing facilities available too.
The apartment benefits from a completely refitted shower room with an easy to access shower 1800mm long and featuring a luxury Mira Azure shower and funky designer tiles. We supply guests with a complimentary welcome pack of toiletries.
Finally, there is a brand new fully equipped kitchen with a full sized, eye level oven and electric hob and dishwasher. For guests who would like to dine out at one of the many fine local eateries, there is a comprehensive recommended restaurant list in the guest information folder. A complimentary welcome pack of milk, teas and coffees etc is provided.
