The apartment is on the first floor of the Building and over looks the front of the property. As it's south facing it is always a lovely light and bright apartment. It has over 25 square meters of space.
In 2020 it was subject to a complete strip out and renovation. The living space consists of a sitting room decorated in a contemporary style with the occasional nod to the Victorian heritage of the building. There is wonderful warm wooden flooring throughout the living space. There is a designer yellow leather sofa with contrasting indigo foot stool, original pieces of art from local Torquay artists and a glass dining table. Added to those are a modern flat screen TV and free high speed WIFI
There is a modern open plan shaker style kitchen with a full sized fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and a coffee maker. Guests are provided with a welcome pack of teas, coffees and milk etc.
Guests have access to the communal laundry room at garden level where there are coin operated washers and dryers. Detergent is complimentary. There are ironing facilties here too.
The bathroom features a large shower as well as wash basin and toilet. Complimentary designer toiletries are supplied for guest use.
The romantic tower bedroom has triple aspect windows and features a king sized bed. A modern flat screen TV sits upon an exotic scarlet painted cabinet. All bedding and towels are supplied and for guests staying more than seven nights we offer a complimentary bedding and towel change plus light clean.
We are delighted to welcome well behaved pets into this apartment. We do ask for paws on floors and that no animal is left unattended in the accommodation.
We have a scrupulous cleaning regime which means that only fond memories of our canine guests linger after they have left for home. We do make an additional charge for dogs which is per pet per visit.
