The living space also includes a modern, stylish, well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar which means guests can prepare meals but still be involved with their fellow guests.. It is equipped with a electric hob, electric oven, washing machine and a dishwasher plus microwave. We provide all guests with a complimentary welcome pack that includes teas, coffees, biscuits and milk etc.
For a more formal dining option there is a beaitful dining area with a round table and four chairs..
But it is also possible that guests opting for a break away might want to have someone else to do the work; to make that easier there is a restaurant list featuring dozens of eateries that are just a few minutes walk from the property or else good quality takeaways many of whom deliver.
There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a luxury double bed and enjoys plenty of wardrobe space as well as a good size ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over. The second bedroom has the benefit of being able to be configured as a king or else as two singles (on request). Once again, this bedroom also has great wardrobe space and a dressing table area with mirror and light.
The apartment benefits from 2 bathrooms; firstly a wonderful, good sized luxury family bathroom with shower, so that guests can get ready quickly in the morning to make the very best of their time away. The second bathroom is a lovely ensuite located in the master bedroom with a bath, for those moments when guests might want a good soak after a day out exploring the English Riviera.This bathroom also has a shower over the bath and a wonderful vanity unit and toilet.
Although there is no outside space for the apartment as such, the two floor to ceiling juilet style windows do open in the lounge, bringing in the morning sun and sea air.

In the event of the need to evacuate the building, there will be no access to the lift. Guests and residents who are unable to exit the building via the stairs will be required to stay in the property and await assistance.
Please note that the railway line to Paignton runs behind the building and trains will be heard during the day in the main bedroom.The service stops at night.
