Direct Booking Discounts - shown as seasonal discount

Booking early will also increase your chances of getting another direct booking discount. We have seasonal discounts available throughout the year and these only disappear once our availability has reduced in key popular periods.

• Direct Booking Seasonal Discounts apply to all our self catering accommodation in Torquay at various times of the year.
• Discounts can be as much as 20% off the rate charged by the booking agents ( such as Booking.com, Air BnB, VRBO ) depending upon time of year & property.
• Early Bird Discounts or Late Deals discounts can also be automatically added to this Direct Booking  seasonal discount where applicable. 
• The booking system will show how much you will save by booking direct.
• Returning guests get an additional returning guest discount when they book direct using the promo code we give.
• You can also opt in to our Refund Protection when you book - this protects your payments if you need to book for a whole host of reasons. And even if you opt into it, you will still be paying less than if you chose to book on one of the online booking sites like Booking.com.
• Guests who book direct with us can request the abiulity to make payments by instalments (a 30% deposit is still required and the full balance must be paid 30 days before arrival)
